Booking conditions

• if the booking is made on the same day, the room payment must be paid immediately and a photo of receipt must be sent to Pajula’s mobilenumber +358403553566, before the door code is handed over to Pajula. Pajula has the right to ask the booker for a picture of an identity card or passport to verify their identity. Please, make your booking directly by Pajula’s website booking calendar – its easy and quicly.
• The reservation can be canceled free of charge 7 days before the day of accommodation.
• if canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
• if canceled on or after the day of the stay, the total price of the reservation will be charged
• check-in starts at 4 pm and the room will be vacated at 12 noon, for an earlier check-in and a later check-out time we will charge 15 € / h.

Rules

Please use Bed&Breakfast Pajula Guesthouse and the apartment beautifully, so that they will be a joy for a long time for everyone and other guests and the host family will thank you.

Clean your traces in the kitchen and you can of course store your groceries in the fridge during your stay. The kitchen has a drawer designated for each room, where you can store your own dry goods during your stay. However, for your convenience and safety, keep all your other belongings in your own room.

It is good to keep the bedrooms closed during your stay. The bedroom doors lock automatically when you close the door. Pajula is not responsible for guests’ property during their stay. Exterior doors must be kept closed.

Pajula is non-smoking area. There is a separate smoking area on the corner of the house and the cigarette butts must be placed in the jar located there! B&B Pajula is a drug free area! All drug use indoors and outdoors is prohibited!

Silence in the Guesthouse is from 22:00 to 06:00

 

Check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is at 12 noon. For an earlier check-in and a later check-out time we will charge 15 € / h.

When you arrive in Pajula, you must fill in an accommodation form, which must include your name, home address, telephone number, names of fellow travelers and your e-mail address. The form must be signed.

You will find the accommodation form in the room / apartment.
Take a photo of the completed form and send it to 040-5019116 and leave the original in the room / apartment. Be prepared to verify your identity when asked.
