Booking conditions

• if the reservation is made during the same day, the room payment must be paid immediately and the receipt sent as a picture to Pajula’s number 040 355 3566, before Pajula hands over the door code. Pajula has the right to ask the booker for a photo of an ID card or passport to verify identity. Book accommodation directly on Pajula’s website – it’s easy and fast.
• Individual room reservations can be canceled 7 days in advance without cost.
• When canceling 1-6 days in advance, the price of the first night will be withheld, and once the accommodation period has already started, the price of the entire reservation will be withheld.
• Pajula’s entire guest house and spa center reservations are paid less than a month before the reservation, the entire price of the reservation immediately and the payment is not refunded in case of cancellation, and
• when booking more than one month before the reservation, half of the price of the reservation is paid immediately upon booking as a reservation fee, and the reservation fee is not refunded upon cancellation and the final price is paid one month before the reservation date.

Check-in starts at 4 pm and check-out is at 12 noon. For an earlier check-in and a later check-out time we will charge 10 € / h.

• When you arrive in Pajula, you must fill out the accommodation form, in which you must fill in your name, social security number, home address, phone number, names of fellow travelers and your email address. The form must be signed.
• You can find the accommodation form in the room.
• Take a photo of the completed form and send it to phone number 040-5019116 and leave the original in the room. Be prepared to verify your identity when asked.
